First Day of Living the Dream

Sunny beautiful day in Ft Lauderdale, we are at a great calm anchorage at the City docks.  We took our bikes down to the beach and rode for 8 miles along the coast and it was great.  Finally a nice day around here. But when we came back we went to start the generator to charge the batteries and it would not start.  New problem of course, what now, anyway Brad keep working on it and finally got it going again. Not sure what the problem was but thank God it is working again. Anyway, such is life on the boat.  Tonight we have been working on plans to go to the Bahamas possibly on Sunday, weather permitting.  But on Mon or Tues there is another storm coming so we will have to look for shelter as soon as we get there, bummer.  Even Bahama is having terrible weather, well I guess we will hope for the best and give it a try.
