Good Morning from the San Blas Islands of Panama Eastern Lemon Cayes

There is sunshine and wind the best of both worlds.  Another day in paradise, what shall we do?  Probably do some yoga this morning then maybe snorkel or kiteboarding. Yesterday was another good day kiteboarding for Brad.  I went exploring with David on the island then we went in search of the perfect snorkeling site for our afternoon trip. Yesterday we found the mother load of fish, it was down the turquoise river almost to the end of the reef near the wall between the reef and the ocean.  The water is beautiful, so clear and the fish are abundant.  We used the Go pro camera today so hopefully we got some great photos, and Brad was diving down to 14' so he probably go some close ups too.  Dark blue angel fish type and rainbow stripped fish.  We also saw a Lion fish.  The other day we saw a squid swimming, every day we see something new.  Oh yeah yesterday we also saw a huge manta ray in water.  e will probably stay another day at Yansaladup in East Lemon Cayes, so that Brad can kite again, if he is not too sore, then move the boat tomorrow.  So far anchoring has been good, I should say after the first day when I added my two cents in. After that I realize that the guys were doing a fine job without me and therefore I stepped back from supervising the anchoring technique. No stand up paddling here, it is too windy.  When we were at the first island Chichchime there was an area in front of the boat that I could do my standup paddling and it was great.  My new inflatable boards is a little more unstable than the one at home but it works.  We put more air in the board and it was more solid.

I love the board, I can use it as a kayak when the waters are too rough. It is like a small boat, great for exploring the islands.  Which so far are not that much to explore, this island has one house that a girl is renting and then a launch beach for the kite.  So of the islands are inhabited and some are not but all of them are beautiful. We just looked at the Go Pro photos Brad took yesterday and they are pretty clear too, the beautiful black/blue fish are there, I will show you later. Talk to ya later. Cheri
