East Lemon Cayes

The island of Chichime Cays in the Eastern Lemon Cays region of the San Blas Island has been fun until today, Brad has been kiting.  Yesterday he had a great time kiting and boasting air.  Today not so much, I guess the wind lighten up after about 20 mins and then he was struggling to get the kite up. While he was fighting with the kite, I was suppose to be watching him but the camera broke at the same time, so basically I took my eyes off his kiting and he got into trouble and I was not there. This kiting stuff can be scary and dangerous; I guess I did not truly understand that until today.  He could have been floating out to sea, while I am busy messing with the camera.
Before Brad went kiting  I found a guy that climbed a palm tree to get me a coconut so I could have fresh coconut water, it was $1.00.  Then I bought some jewelry from them for the girls; turtle necklaces and bracelets.  Oh I forgot to tell you about the Molas I bought yesterday from a traditional master mola maker.  They were not cheap but much better quality then the other one I bought.  I got 4

of them; one told the story of their culture with the Chamber who is the chief and the Kuna lady doctor.  Another one told the story about the Medicine doctor and healing tree.  Then believe it or not I bought a pig mola; it was the most detailed of all of the molas, the stitching was very intrigue.  I plan to frame them all together.  I also bought a fish mola that Brad liked. I guess we are pretty Mola out for now.  Right now I am getting ready to go hang out on the swimming pool raft and relax, Brad went snorkeling and David is on land, having a Mojita at the local bar.
