Eddie James & Marla's Visit to the Bahamas

Ed & Marla arrived in Marsh Harbour yesterday, it was a nice sunny day so we went to Mermaids and did some awesome snorkelling.  Fish everywhere! There were a few girls feeding the fish Cheesewiz and they were crazy, they love that stuff.  So far I have not been able to find any around town.  After the snorkelling trip we went to dinner at Snappa's and then went to the Junkanoo celebration.  Junkanoo is a cultural celebration of the Bahamian lifestyle, dancing and playing music in a parade.  There are young school children dancing in the streets and high school bands competing in customs and music.  This morning we got up, listened to the Cruiser's Net and hit the road to Hometown We had a 2 hour sail over to one of our favorite places Hopetown and the Lighthouse.  100 steps up the Lighthouse we went and I took alot of great pics and a video, but this evening I accidently deleted all of the photos on my card, bummer.  Well tomorrow I will take more.
