The new adventure begins on Sail La Vie

The boat passed inspection with flying colors and now we are getting ready to purchase our new boat "Sail La Vie" a 41 ft Catamaran in St Petersburg, Florida.  We will be joining the Pasadena Yacht club and keeping the boat there for the next couple of years.  Our plan is to sail Florida this season and next then move to the Keys and Bahamas after that and in the third year be in the Eastern Caribbean.  Then we will move our home port to Grenada for the remainder of the boating seasons.  Our season will be from Jan to end of May every year with a few added vacations here and there.  The plan is for us to be back in San Diego around mid May to reopen my business at the end of May.  Brad will continue to work his business full time while in the US and when we go oversees he will reduce his advertising a bit to make it easier to cruise or he will hire an assistant to help him while he is out of the country. I have not decided whether to keep my business open when I am cruising, it will depend on my training a tour guide to run the tours while I am out of town.  I will probably still run the business part of Food Tour while I am cruising.  So here we go on to the new adventure; hopefully we will move on to the boat on Friday.  We have alot of our sailing stuff with us from our Jimmy Bliss adventure so that's good. 8 bags of stuffs will stay on the boat. Today we are going to the bank and Yacht club to finalize the deal.  Exciting and nerve wrecking at the same time. Can't wait to start living the life on our new boat!! And did I mention it is beautiful, here check out the pictures again:
